While I was preparing my dinner tonight, I realized that every single thing I was going to eat was grown within one half mile of my home. I love that!
Salad fixin’s and green beans from Joe’s Garden, tomatoes, a gift from my neighbors Beth & Jerry and fingerling potatoes straight from my own back yard! Delicious.
Later I’ll head out back and pick a few blackberries for dessert : )
